Speech to the investors at the founding meeting of the Anti-environmentalist Party
Friends! Fellow members! Time is ripe for questions.
Why does the bear stumble so strangely? Does he smoke pot?
Where does the wolf go at night? What is he up to?
What right has the squirrel to eat nuts for free, when other animals have to hunt around the forest for their food?
Why do we need lizards? I see no real effect of their activities, even though they run around making them-selves look busy all the time.
Who is actually financing the long flights of storks?
What is happening behind the scenes in nature? Who are the puppeteers in the green world, that we, people, naively observe and protect, make films and photographs of.
What is the fox hiding?
Where do the foot-prints lead us?
Does the monkey imitate us just to be funny, or are there other ambitions behind his faces that may one day unpleasantly surprise us?
Is the parrot mocking millions of families in the world? And we, fools, praise them for it and pay for their food and living…!
Fellows, thousands of years have gone by since the first dog was domesticated and the cat invaded the house. Have we learned something from the painful experiences of these years, or does the king of animals – the lion, still rule the world? And we, who we consider ourselves the crown of nature, are merely a human garden for billions of birds, bugs and beasts, who come to see the reality-show of our daily life with their whole family.
Friends! Give me a sip of chemicals, I want to fight with the beasts! Thank you.
